  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

  • Perishable or consumable products once opened
  • Items without original packaging

🔄 Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide you to send the item back
  4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
